A sad day for the Tigers?

Judging the recent trades.

Let's dive right in. When looking at three team trades, I like to think of things as happening in sequence, and not simultaneously. In so doing, this trade emerged:

  • I think that you're seriously overrating Granderson as a Tiger. He is a very good player, but he still batted a dismal .250 last year. Sure, his power went up, but who wants a leadoff hitter slugging 30 home runs but not getting on base. He will thrive in Yankee stadium, with that ballpark and that lineup. In my opinion, the Tigers got a great haul. Scherzer will fit perfectly in your rotation and Schlereth is potentially your next closer. You're also underrating Austin Jackson, who was the Yanks #1 prospect for a reason.
