Before we start seeing ads suggesting Barack Obama worshipped Satan with Jeremiah Wright and Al Sharpton, or ads connecting John McCain with Alzheimer's and retirement homes, we thought it made sense to revisit the first significant over-the-top political ad for television. Lyndon Johnson actually officially endorsed this one for his 1964 campaign.
