Translation (courtesy of Jon Zilber and Splice Today's Gabriel Baker):

Interviewer: Yes, we heard the speech perfectly since the world was completely silent.  Everyone was listening religiously to the speech including you, Chloe Mortaud, I saw you crying.

Chloe: Yeah it’s true. He spoke from his heart, what we all have in our hearts. He said the world has changed. We have to change.  There are people who fought for this to be possible today.  It’s incredible.  I’m sorry but...(crying). So now here we have a world power that has elected someone of mixed race, which has never happened before until today.

Interviewer: I saw you waving the American flag during the speech.

Chloe: I am proud.  I’m proud that we’ve advanced so far.  I’m proud.
