whoa, what's going on here? why hasn't this gotten more coverage? this is just absolutely bizarre! is he really drunk? or maybe fatigued? some other drug? this is just so weird!
I think he kept fumbling (in normal speed) and then someone slowed down the video a little to make his actions seem a little ... delayed.
