Keep The Cover On The Kooks

Music these days is either obsessed with danceable singles and endlessly iterated remixes, or pursuing folky authenticity through sonic earth tones. Lost is the dying art of the cover, but England's The Kooks are doing their best to make sure slamming pop covers don't get lost in the (iPod) shuffle. Here's what happens when Ace Of Base gets uploaded to 2008.

  • Hey this is pretty fun. Maybe I should give their new album a chance. i didn't really like the first album...it was sooooo poppy. not that this isnt, but you know, it's cool. i love a british 4-piece boy band.
