The self, vis a vis the landscape

Sarah Moore, a senior photography student at the Rhode Island School of Design, combines her love of landscapes with her passion to understand herself and others to create photographs that are at once poetically beautiful and emotionally arresting. Much of her current work centers around the land and people of South Dakota, where she lived until she was eighteen. Two more images after the jump.
