This video seemed simple enough. It applies an absurd and poorly thought out concept to a highly specialized technical topic, all to the benefit of a major corporation's bottom line. But then, about halfway through, the video takes a strange new plot twist. A cartoon thief and the lamest superhero ever (specializing in data recovery: BitLocker Man?) are introduced in a little vignette that takes us away from the live performance of the Vista Street Band. Further complicating the audience perspective is the pull back to some corporate shills, who presumably are the geniuses behind this motivational video.
Weird. And they wonder why people think Apples are cooler.
