Spicing Up Your Dirty Talk

Not like this.

While “juggle my balls” is not a necessarily what I consider hot dirty talk, I do think that having the courage to utter such a phrase in your partner’s presence is by far the most important step in being able to reap the benefits of talking dirty. At the most fundamental level, dirty talk is hot because it demonstrates an intense level of passion. It shows you have a desire so strong that your inhibitions and insecurities have been tossed to the wayside. But even when we do have such unbridled passion for sexual partners, it can still be difficult to muster up the courage to start incorporating dirty talk in to our sexual repertoire. So where can we start? Best advice — start small.Begin by making sounds before you unleash your dirtiest insights on your partner.Ease into the idea of getting verbal by incrementally getting more enthusiastic with your moaning or other physical cues of enjoyment (i.e. grabbing your partner’s back, breathing deeply, etc.).Once you’ve become comfortable with making sounds and you’ve recognized your partner’s response to such sounds, you can start playing with dirty talk. There are two basic styles of dirty talk: narrating and directing. Narrating is when you simply describe what’s going on and how it makes you feel. Phrases like, “I like it when you ... ” or “You taste so good” fit into the narrating category.Directing can be a little bit more difficult, especially for newbies.Directing phrases are more overt and usually involve words that you might be nervous or reluctant to say to someone you really like. This is why it is extremely important that you know how your partner feels about dirty talk.
